Since 1978 Heathwood Assisted Living & Memory Care has strived to offer the best senior living environment built on our foundation of Care Without Compromise . This could not be accomplished without the dedicated, compassionate, hard-working staff , who are the core of who we are and what we do!

What makes our team incredible? In our 43 years in business, our staff have become like family!

·Fifty-seven staff members ( 30% of all total staff! ) have been with Heathwood five to nine years.

·Twenty-one of those employees have been with Heathwood 10+ years.

·Four of those experienced professionals have been with the company 40+ years!!!!

·Eight of the Penfield location’s team have been there since the building open 11 years ago.

With so many tenured, knowledgeable professionals on our team, we are privileged to watch the friendships unfold over the years. Residents and staff really get to know one another and build close friendships that are a great source of joy through life’s seasons. Resident family members have an extended family in our staff, finding comfort in knowing who will be caring for their loved one, from morning breakfast to evening bedtime.
